Question: How long did it take for the gown I ordered to come in?
Answer: Approximately 5 months. We also offer a rush cut service and this in turn can lower the delivery from 5 months to 8 – 12 weeks. These times can vary depending on style and manufacturer.
Question: How much are the alteration charges on the Bridal Gowns?
Answer: If it is a new gown there are no additional charges. If it is a gown off the rack then some charges may apply.
Question: How much are the alteration charges on the Bridesmaids Gowns?
Answer: They normally start at €30 and go to €80 euro for major alterations eg complete size change which involves disassemble and reassemble of the dress.
Question: Is it possible to buy extra material to make shrugs / shawls / bags / sashes / etc?
Answer: In most instances it is possible to buy extra material and our in house design team offer a made to measure service.
Question: Can I order shoes dyed to the colour of my gowns?
Answer: We can have shoes dyed to match your colour.
Question: We have been to all the suit hire shops and cannot find matching corvettes / ties / etc?
Answer: We can order in extra matching material and have them made in your colour and requirements.
Question: Do you make Bridal / Bridesmaids Gowns?
Answer: Yes we do. However, you need at least 9 months to your wedding date and you must have the style and material picked out. We can help you source material or you can source your own.
